I have had a story about my cancer blocked and removed, and all they told me in a response to my asking why was "It's final". After that, I discovered they are playing favorites, by cutting down on allowing views of certain writers and most every story on cancer, and other health related stories. Medium is imploding.
My income dropped by half in June, and my writing is getting a fraction of views compared to what it did before. I am afraid they will do to me what just happened to you. Dr. Yildiz said in a psot that one of his mentors who has been on Medium since it started, and was making $100k, had his monthly income drop to $1000. He has 300,000 followers but I have no idea who it would be. But they too are moving to Substack.
